Welcome to Nature's Barefoot Hoofcare Guild Incorporated.

The Barefoot Trim, as defined by Nature's Barefoot Hoofcare Guild, is not the latest gimmick in hoof care. It is about returning the horse's hooves back to their natural state, through examples seen in nature itself: from the wild Mustangs of the western U.S. to the Brumbies of the Australian outback, we have witnessed the strength, hardiness, and health of the hooves of wild horses.

Not all barefoot trims are created equal. It is not enough to remove a horse's shoes. Only through a trim that simulates the wearing of wild hooves, and a lifestyle that mirrors that of a horse's natural environment, will our equines be brought to complete barefoot soundness.

It is the goal of Nature's Hoofcare to bring together these basic principles for the use with horses of all types. No matter what breed, discipline, or geographical location, the Barefoot Trim will give your horse the opportunity to experience the life we have stolen from it with the use of foreign and inhumane objects and practices.
